How many sessions will I need?

 

I recommend starting with the Therapeutic Starter Package but you can make that decision after your first treatment.

 

Your first session will give me some good information about your existing coordination and movement patterns and how layered and complex your situation is. If more sessions are necessary to reach your goal, packages of 3 or 5 sessions can be purchased as a follow-up (see right column).

The effects of manual therapy are cumulative in nature, meaning that regular visits will result in longer-lasting effects. Especially, if you are an athlete or have to do repetitive movements at work regular maintenance can keep you from re-injuring yourself.

 

I recognize the financial burden which trying to stay healthy can have on your budget. Therefore, I am offering you a 5% discount if you buy a series of sessions as pre-paid packages:

Payment is due at time of service (except for prepaid packages or gift certificates). Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.

 

HEALTH INSURANCE: I do not bill insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a superbill which you might be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance and inquire about their requirements.

NOW ACCEPTING FSA/HSA CARDS: use pre-tax dollars from your HSA/FSA to pay for treatment at Eastside Bodywork. Please check with your insurance or HSA/FSA carrier whether massage therapy or neuromuscular therapy are considered eligible medical expenses​ by them​. Ask them what documentation they require from you. ​
